Yes. Shift Notes is the full app, including PDF and data export.
Do I need an account?
No. Open it and start logging.
Does it work without a signal?
Yes. Add it to your home screen once while online, and it works offline from then on.
How do I add it to my home screen?
On iPhone, open photohus.com/shift-notes in Safari, tap Share, then Add to Home Screen. On Android, open it in Chrome, tap the menu, then Add to Home screen.
Will it remember my cameras and lenses?
Yes, if you add it to your home screen. That's the best way to keep your gear and sessions. Safari clears a website's saved data after about a week without a visit, so if you only open Shift Notes from our website, you may need to set up your gear again. The home screen app keeps its data, and it's stored separately from the browser version, so set up your gear there. For a backup, export your gear file from Options.
Which cameras does it work with?
Arca Swiss, Cambo, ALPA, and other cameras with shift movements, paired with any digital back or mirrorless body.
Where is my data kept?
On your phone, in the app's own storage. Nothing is sent to a server. Clearing your browser's website data removes it, so export any session you want to keep.
