Refund policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.

How to Start a Return

To begin a return, call us at (970) 744-3611 or send us an email to request return instructions. Returns sent without contacting us first may be delayed or declined. Returns must be shipped within 7 days after contacting us.

Return Conditions

  • Pre-owned items must be returned in the same condition as originally shipped.
  • All original packaging, accessories, and documentation must be included.
  • Items must not be altered or serviced by a third party.

Returns that do not meet these requirements may be refused or incur a restocking fee of up to 25%.

Processing Fees

  • A $25 return processing fee per order applies to all refunds.
  • One-time exchanges of equal or greater value will not incur the processing fee.

Non-Returnable Items

  • As-is or final sale items
  • Film and other photosensitive materials
  • Drones
  • Items tampered with by anyone other than our authorized service team

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order on arrival. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, call us at (970) 744-3611 or send us an email right away so we can address the issue.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange is to return the item and place a new order once your return is accepted. One exchange is allowed per original order.

Refund Timeline

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the refund decision. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the funds.

EU Customers

If your order is delivered to the European Union, you have the right to return it within 14 days of delivery, no questions asked. The item must be in its original condition with packaging and proof of purchase.
