This item is from my personal collection. I used it with two different lenses. The Schneider-Kreuznach 120asph and 150n.

Additional Notes:

The 40.5 rear extension can also be used for the 150mm lens if you use a longer than standard front spacer. When I got my 120asph and 150n lenses R-Mounted I chose to go this route so I did not have to carry two different rear extensions in my backpack.
